Nutty Aval Mixture, as the name suggests, is a flavourful medley of cashews, groundnuts, raisins, curry leaves, and bold Indian spices, finished with a subtle citrusy bang that sets it apart. The aval (beaten rice) used here is for the traditional Thooyamalli Rice. Light on the stomach yet super addictive, this snack strikes the perfect balance between crunch, spice, and a hint of sweetness—making it hard to stop at just one handful. Ideal for anytime snacking or as a festive treat, Nutty Aval Mixture brings together tradition and taste in every bite.
