Instant Rava Idly Mix 300g

Wheat Rava, Channa Dhal, Urad Dhal, Mustard and Curry Leaves. 

Preparation
1. Combine mix and water: Mix the contents of the packet with the recommended amount of water (usually specified on the packet).
2. Rest the batter: Let the batter rest for 10-15 minutes to allow the semolina (rava) to absorb the water.

 

Steaming
1. Prepare idli molds: Grease idli molds or plates with oil or ghee.
2. Pour batter: Pour the batter into the prepared molds.
3. Steam: Steam the idlis for 15-20 minutes or according to the packet instructions.

 

Serving
1. Serve hot: Serve the idlis hot with your favorite chutney or sambar.
