Arikiravi Rice Flour, Salt, Traces of Coconut Oil.

1. Take a bowl of lukewarm water (not too hot) and add salt.
2. Soak the idiyappam in water for exactly 4 mins. Do not over soak.
3. Remove Idiyappam from water, drain completely using a sleve.
4. Steam the Idiyappam for 4 mins. Serve warm.
