Special features
This rice need not be cooked in the conventional way. It is budget friendly to cook. All one needs to do is to soak the rice in cold water for 1 hour or hot water for half an hour and it swells  up like a charm.

Mix the swollen up rice with curd jaggery and banana and it is ready to eat.
